Daniel W. Williams - Dan Williams founded Leadership Communications Inc. in 1993. With over 23 years of consulting experience, Dan has worked with global leaders in a variety of industries to build two core competencies: clarifying the complex and creating effective leadership communication strategies that cross cultures. Most recently, he has led Leadership Communications’ effort to help global companies develop and retain multicultural leaders, especially those of Asian descent.

Danru Lee - Danru uses her Chinese heritage and distinguished career as a medical doctor to develop leaders in the Asian community. She is playing a key role in developing Leadership Communications’ work. As a motivational speaker and coach, Danru helps Asians overcome the cultural barriers that undermine their capacity to lead in Western organizations. She has spent a lifetime serving others and brings to a conversation a rich history of experiences originating from China.

Richard S. Mansfield - Richard Mansfield has more than 25 years of experience consulting in human resource management and development, with a particular interest in the determinants of excellent performance in the workplace. His consulting focuses on the development of assessment tools and processes, and training materials to support human resource and organizational development. He has directed Leadership Communications’ competency research and client assessment applications.



Chen Ling, Creative Learning Consulting Ltd. Founder & Chief Consultant - After graduating from Beijing Foreign Languages Institute in 1982, Chen Ling began her career as a journalist at Xinhua News Agency covering a wide range of economic, political and industrial issues. In 1988, she became the first Chinese woman to win a Reuter Fellowship at Oxford University in England. For the next six years, she studied international politics and economics at Oxford University and received her Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Jason Bu, Creative Learning Consulting Ltd. Partner & Principal Consultant -  As a Creative Learning Consulting Ltd. partner, Jason Bu brings a broad range of experience in leadership development, sales and service management in China. In the early 1990’s, he spent five years as a service sales manager for GE Aircraft Engine Service Inc., successfully generating revenue and market share in China for the international corporation. While at GE, Jason experienced many of GE’s leadership programs. (He had graduated with an engineering degree from the Institute of Aeronautical Ministry.) Following GE, Jason continued his work in sales management and customer service at the director level for Alston and then EAC, two multinationals that were ramping up operations in China.
